    Area (m2) ÷ 20 mg/mL = Beizray (docetaxel) dose (mL)
    Select IV bag:Beizray ≤ 8.8 mL = 500 mL
    Beizray > 8.8 mL = 1,000 mL
    Albumin:Beizray (docetaxel) dose (mL) x 6 =
    Albumin dose (mL)
  • Albumin:

Beizray follows the same dosing as docetaxel across indicated tumor types

Administered as a 1-hour IV infusion every 3 weeks across multiple indications.1

Weight-based (BSA) dosing:
Typical starting dose is 75 mg/m² across most indications.1

Premedication requirements:
Corticosteroid premedication is required to reduce the incidence and severity of fluid retention and hypersensitivity reactions. Please see Boxed WARNING and Warnings and Precautions in the full Prescribing Information.1

Clear modification rules:
For all indications, toxicities may warrant dosage adjustments. Beizray utilizes the same dose modifications as the reference drug, Taxotere®. See full Prescribing Information for details.1,9

  • For all indications, toxicities may warrant dosage adjustments.
  • Administer in a facility equipped to manage possible complications (e.g., anaphylaxis).

Recommended Dosage1

Corticosteroid Premedication Regimen1

All patients should be premedicated with oral corticosteroids (see below for prostrate cancer) such as dexamethasone 16 mg per day (e.g., 8 mg twice daily) for 3 days starting 1 day prior to BEIZRAY administration in order to reduce the incidence and severity of fluid retention as well as the severity of hypersensitivity reactions.

For metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, given the concurrent use of prednisone, the recommended premedication regimen is oral dexamethasone 8 mg at 12 hours, 3 hours, and 1 hour before the BEIZRAY infusion.
